SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING
Orders $200 CAD and over automatically receive free shipping. Canada and Continental US.

PRE - ORDERS
Shipping time frames will be noted in the listing. All other items purchased will ship when the preorder is scheduled to ship out.  

READY TO SHIP YARN
Orders will be packed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days, if not earlier. 

CANADIAN PACKAGES
All items are shipped with tracking and insurance via Stallion Shipping.  They are a shipping broker that uses Canada Post, couriers  and other delivery services . Once they receive your shipment, we are no longer responsible for it. 

US PACKAGES
All items are shipped with tracking and insurance via Stallion Shipping.  They are a shipping broker that uses USPS, courier and other delivery. Once your shipment has been sent, we are no longer responsible for it. 

DUTIES & TAXES 
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.  

*We are no longer responsible for your package once it has been received by  Stallion Shipping.  Please reach out should you. have any issues with your shipment and we will do our best to assist you. 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES 
Please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address. We are not responsible If an incorrect address is provided.  Should this happen and your package is returned a refund will be issued minus the shipping and charges incurred to Feisty FIbres.  

COMBINING ORDERS 
We will do our best to combine orders whenever possible.  Please reach out via email should you want us to combine orders.  

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a product is defective (within industry standards), please contact us immediately for resolution on a case by case basis.
